Program Manager Scrum Master

As a Program Manager - Scrum Master at Prismberry, your role is crucial in leading and mentoring the Scrum Team to apply Agile methods effectively. Your responsibilities include: - Leading and mentoring the Scrum Team to provide high-caliber goods and services to clients by applying Agile methods and principles. - Identifying areas for growth and strength within the team and implementing coaching and development strategies to enhance team performance. - Ensuring the team understands and follows Scrum principles, practices, and requirements. - Collaborating with organizational project or product teams, internal and external stakeholders to drive decision-making and influence project outcomes. - Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to resolve team obstacles and improve the efficacy of Scrum implementation. - Leading and participating in all Scrum activities including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree and 5 years of product or project development experience, or 3 years of project development experience on an Agile Team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. - Demonstrated knowledge of facilitation techniques and experience in leading meetings at various organizational levels. - Hands-on experience with project management tool JIRA. - Technology awareness of Java, Android Application, iOS application. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Strong understanding and promotion of Agile values and concepts. - Proficiency in software development life cycle models, agile frameworks, and methods (e.g., Scrum), as well as conventional project management techniques. - Proficiency in various Scrum methodologies such as story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and refinement. - Competency in unit testing, coding in 1-2 languages, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), design patterns, non-functional software qualities, and behavior-driven testing techniques. - Experience with version control systems like Git, BitBucket, or similar tools.
