Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations: facility management, logistics, and administration. Develop and implement operational policies for compliance and efficiency. Manage resources to meet operational needs within budgetary constraints. Monitor KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the training industry. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
