Program Coordinator

As an employee at Parinaam Foundation, your role will involve networking with authorities for the selection and implementation of community development projects, managing budgets, handling public relations and branding for projects, coordinating with program partners, assisting the Program Manager, managing internal and external stakeholders, preparing periodic reports for management reviews, guiding and troubleshooting branches on operational issues, managing MIS reports and trackers, creating annual plans, monitoring expenditures against budgets, facilitating audits, ensuring Committee approvals, monitoring the effectiveness of programs, and ensuring regular monitoring of the Financial Literacy Program. Additionally, you will be responsible for attending training sessions, conducting training, gathering feedback from the ground team, facilitating focus group discussions, and arranging and conducting Financial Literacy Program trainings.
