Program Associate

Youth of India Foundation is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and proactive individual who can actively lead, manage, and grow our flagship initiatives. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about youth leadership, eager to learn, and committed to long-term professional growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively run, manage, and promote Youth of India Foundation initiatives across regions and online platforms.
• Ensure initiatives are engaging, impactful, and result-oriented.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and represent Youth of India Foundation in front-facing roles.
• Work closely with youth leaders, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
• Develop creative strategies to increase initiative participation, outreach, and visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams for planning, reporting, and documentation.
• Contribute to program innovation and continuous improvement.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and field visits as required.

• Ability to travel for field activities whenever required.
