Program Specialist (Voice Process)

  Bengaluru

• Shift:

  6:00 PM 3:00 AM (Night shift; cabs provided, no extra allowance)

• Contract:

  6-month fixed term

• Work Mode:

  Initially WFH, later WFO as per company needs

Role Overview

Customer-facing role supporting healthcare access programs. Responsibilities include handling calls, verifying insurance, processing patient applications, and coordinating prescriptions. Requires empathy, problem-solving, and US healthcare experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer service (US healthcare experience mandatory)
• Bachelors/Master’s degree from a regular college
• Typing speed: 35 WPM with 85% accuracy
• Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail
