Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Design and deliver curriculum in accordance with university and regulatory standards.
• Guide and supervise student research, dissertations, and internships.
• Engage in independent research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
• Apply for research funding and manage funded projects.
• Contribute to academic administration and departmental planning.
• Mentor junior faculty and students.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with academic policies and maintain academic discipline.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

For Professor:

• PhD in the relevant discipline from a recognised university.
• Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience in a university or equivalent institution.
• Proven academic leadership and a strong research record with a minimum of 10 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Experience in guiding at least 2 PhD scholars.
  

For Associate Professor:

• PhD in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience.
• A strong research profile with at least 5 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Evidence of academic contribution, course development, or research guidance.
  

Special Note for Psychology:

• One position requires a candidate at the Associate Professor level with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or a related area from an RCI-approved institute.
• RCI registration is mandatory.
  

Desirable Qualifications (All Disciplines):

• Postdoctoral research experience (preferred).
• Membership in professional bodies.
• Industry or field-specific exposure (especially for MLT, OTT, Pharmacy, and Forensic Science).
• UGC-NET / State Eligibility Test (for disciplines as per UGC guidelines).
