Chitkara University is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join as Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor for Chitkara Business School. The total number of vacancies available is 30. Applicants must possess the following essential qualifications: - Graduation in BBA/B.Com relevant to the specialization. - Post-Graduation in MBA/M.Com relevant to the specialization. - For the Professor position: Ph.D. in Marketing or Finance with a minimum of 15 years of total experience. - For the Associate Professor position: Specialization in Marketing or Finance with a minimum of 11 years of experience. - For the Assistant Professor position: Ph.D. in Marketing or Finance or Supply Chain with 2-10 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities for all positions include: - Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods. - Guiding students in research projects and monitoring their academic progress. - Creating and executing career-enhancement programs. - Supervising teaching assistants. - Participating in departmental/college activities and committees. - Assessing and evaluating student activities and progress.
