Professor/ Associate Professor / Assistant Professor - Accounting & Finance Area

Role Overview: You will be responsible for teaching at the graduate level in Commerce & Management at Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management in the Accounting & Finance Area. Your role will also involve coordination and development of the respective university programs. Key Responsibilities: - Teach at the graduate level in Commerce & Management - Coordinate and develop the respective university programs Qualification Required for Professor Position: - Ph.D. with First Class in a Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration or a relevant discipline - Minimum of 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals - Minimum Research Score of 120 - Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates - 10-15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years equivalent to Associate Professor - Professional work experience equivalent to Ph.D. and 10-15 years of managerial experience in the industry at the Senior Managerial level - Published work of high quality in peer-reviewed or UGC listed journals Qualification Required for Associate Professor Position: - Ph.D. with First Class in a Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration or a relevant discipline - Minimum of 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals - Minimum Research Score of 75 - 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry, with at least 3 years post Ph.D. experience - Professional work experience equivalent to Ph.D. and 8 years of managerial experience in the industry at the Senior Managerial level - Published work of high quality in peer-reviewed or UGC listed journals Qualification Required for Assistant Professor Position: - Minimum of 55% in Masters Degree in Business Management/Administration or a relevant discipline - Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals - Ph.D. preferred with 2 years of experience - Presentation of at least two papers based on Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or similar agency (Note: Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and a patent filed),
