Create an inclusive and innovative learning environment that fosters critical thinking and active participation. Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters. Engage in scholarly research and publication in the field of expertise. Contribute to curriculum development and updates to ensure relevance and rigor. Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives. Provide academic leadership within the department and participate in faculty meetings. Contribute to the academic community through presentations, workshops, and conferences. Stay updated on developments and trends in the field through ongoing professional development. Engage with industry partners and organizations to enhance practical relevance in teaching and research. Supervise graduate students, guide their research projects, and support their academic growth. Serve on academic committees and participate in institutional governance. Qualifications : A doctoral degree (Ph. D. or equivalent) in the relevant field. A distinguished record of research and scholarly accomplishments. Prior experience in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. Strong communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated commitment to student learning and success. Ability to work collaboratively in an academic and interdisciplinary environment. Proficiency in using educational technology and tools for teaching. Active involvement in professional associations and networks. Leadership skills to contribute to academic program development and growth. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
