PROFESSIONAL CHEF

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled chef to lead our small kitchen for the upcoming season. Our property is a peaceful seaside guest house with yoga, nature, silence and a healthy food concept, located in Patnem (Colomb, South Goa).

The ideal candidate is passionate about creating healthy, fresh, and beautiful meals with a focus on vegetarian, vegan, ayurvedic, sattvic and gluten-free cuisine.

Requirements:

· 5-8 years minimum of experience in professional kitchens

· Culinary education (restoration studies) or professional training

· Strong knowledge of Indian & Continental, Fusion cuisine, with a focus on healthy, vegetarian, vegan, ayurvedic, sattvic gluten free dishes 

· Passion for healthy cooking and ability to work with only fresh, local ingredients from scratch (making jam, curd, coconut milk, masalas, peanut butter, cashew cream etc.)

· Strong knowledge of spices and herbs

· Baking skills and experience required, including gluten-free options

· Ability to create a seasonal, balanced menu

· Full English proficiency

· Full-day availability (breakfast to dinner)

· Clean, organized, team-oriented, and reliable

Job Details:

· Full-day availability (breakfast to dinner)

· One day off and 2 hours break daily

· Seasonal contract: October to April

· Daily food included (breakfast, lunch dinner)

· We provide: accomodation allowance, Health insurance, Sick leave, a peaceful and respectful work environment in nature

Salary:

· ₹25,000–₹35,000/month (based on experience and skills)

· Salary can be adjusted throughout the season based on performance
