Job Description

Role & responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet output and quality targets. Supervise the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to standards. Monitor machine performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues on the shop floor. Optimize production methods, improve workflow, and reduce downtime and waste. Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations. Prepare and maintain production documentation such as daily reports, shift records, and SOPs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management systems (ISO/ASME standards). Train and guide operators and technicians for operational excellence. Assist in new product development and trial runs. Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other process improvement initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, assembly, etc.) Understanding of production planning and control Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills Good communication and team coordination abilities
