Salary:
• 4670 PLN gross / 3500 PLN net per month
• Up to 10% bonus possible (up to 3800 PLN net/month)
• Overtime available per Polish labor law
Work Schedule:
• 3-shift system:
• Shift 1: 06:00–14:00
• Shift 2: 14:00–22:00
• Shift 3: 22:00–06:00
• Weekends off
Responsibilities:
• Assembly and connection of parts
• Production line maintenance
• Quality control and packaging of parts
Requirements:
• Physically fit (walking/standing jobs)
• Comfortable with shift work (day & night)
• Medium-level English for communication
• Manual skills, safety-focused, detail-oriented
