Job Description

Job Description: As a Production Trainee at our locations in Mambakkam, Oragadam, or Sriperumbudur, you will be responsible for supporting daily production activities under the guidance of your supervisor. Your primary duties will include operating machinery and tools safely after receiving on-the-job training. It will be essential to maintain basic quality checks and adhere to standard procedures to ensure product consistency. In addition to your production responsibilities, you will be expected to prioritize workplace cleanliness and safety compliance. This includes assisting in loading/unloading, material movement, packing, and promptly reporting any equipment or process issues that may arise during your shift. Your ability to follow shift schedules and meet daily production targets will be crucial to the success of our operations. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. As a Production Trainee, your role is integral to our team, and your dedication to your responsibilities is key to our collective success.
