As a Production Trainee at Godrej Agrovet, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in production management within the educational sector. You will be stationed at various locations such as Panvel, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, and Roha, where you will gain hands-on experience in equipment handling, machine operation, and quality inspection. Key Responsibilities: - Execute production instructions under the guidance of the production manager or supervisor. - Engage in equipment handling and machine operation tasks to support production processes. - Perform quality inspections under supervision to ensure product conformity to specified standards. - Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent machine downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations. - Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve production efficiency. - Document and report any discrepancies in the production process to senior staff for resolution. - Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
