Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring high-quality output and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
Monitor production processes and equipment for quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
Assist in training new staff on production processes and safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficient in operating machinery and understanding production processes.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a production environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple tasks.
