Production Support Senior Developer

As a Production Support Senior Developer - Application Monitoring at FNZ Group in Gurgaon, India, you will be responsible for providing first and second-line support for FNZ's application monitoring and alerting systems. Your role will involve managing routine platform checks, contributing to incident management, ensuring system reliability, and proactively monitoring the platform to address potential issues before they impact service. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years of relevant experience, a degree in Computer Science or a related field, basic knowledge in SQL, strong communication skills, and extensive experience in support and incident management, preferably with ITIL or equivalent frameworks.
