1) Must have production support experience & ITIL framework understanding such as incident management, monitoring tools etc.
2) Experience in supporting Power Apps/ Automate solutions with good understanding of underlying frameworks. 3) Exposure and experience in Power platform with core skillset around Power Apps, Power Automate, Data Verse, AI model 4) Developing/Debugging custom workflow solutions in power platform 5) Executing tests to ensure the accuracy and reliability of power platform solutions. 6) Knowledge on Azure services 7) Good understanding on integrations within the Power platform suite and with external connectors and services. 8) Desirable skill - Python, Gen AI, modelling.
