Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.
Ensure production schedules are met as per planning.
Monitor process parameters and ensure product quality as per standards.
Allocate work to operators and maintain discipline and productivity.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Maintain daily production reports and communicate with management.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and store departments for smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and 5S practices on the shop floor.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Train and motivate team members for better performance.
