Requirement of Production Manager Production Management for injection molded plastic components with IATF background Engineering Thermoplastics preferred Handle day-to-day production issues Proficient and knowledgeable with setting injection molding machine parameters for best practices Scientific molding techniques Preferred Acquire and maintain hourly, daily and monthly production data OEE /KPI monitoring/ MTTR /MTBF/SMED/VAVE Team Handling Liaise closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement Customer complaint Action Plan / CAPA Language Known: Kannada Preferred Requirements: - Engineering Diploma / CIPET - Minimum 05 to 08 years of manufacturing experience Plastic injection molding company - Understand the concept of Lean Manufacturing, 5S and TQM and TPM - Experience in Inventory Control and ERP system will be an advantage - Strong in computer literacy - Hardworking, dynamic and enjoy challenges Kindly Forward your Updated CV to 'hr@autoplast.in' Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Ability to commute/relocate: Devanhalli, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
