Production Supervisor (Pithampur Sector 3)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet targets.
• Allocate manpower and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Supervise machine operations and ensure product quality as per standards.
• Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores for smooth workflow.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and adherence to 5S practices.
• Identify process improvements to reduce downtime and waste.
• Train and guide operators for skill development and discipline.

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and shop floor management.
