Execute daily production activities for Lithium Battery Pack manufacturing
Implement daily, weekly & monthly plans given by management
Eliminating quality defects by doing Root Cause Analysis.
Responsible to achieve the production plan & Execution.
Follow up for material from stores as well as purchase department
Maintaining BOM & drawings and ensure documentation accuracy
Process Supervision and Monitoring
Product Quality Assurance
Continuos Improvement like Kaizen Lean & 5S
Identify unsafe actions or conditions & immediately report to the committee.
