Role: Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily production operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain quality and safety standards while leading the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance across production lines
• Train and motivate production team members for better efficiency
• Keep accurate production records and prepare reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams for smooth operations

Requirements

• Graduate (any stream)
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in production/manufacturing (FMCG preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of production planning, machinery handling & safety protocols
