Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our ISNR rubber processing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production flow, maintain product quality as per ISNR standards, and manage a team of labours to achieve production targets efficiently and safely.

ITI Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Rubber Technology or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in ISNR or natural rubber processing (preferred) or any other production unit.
Ability to work in a shift environment and handle production effectively.
Languages known MAlayalam, English & Hindi.
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet daily and monthly targets.
Coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of production, raw material usage, and finished goods.
Monitor process parameters and ensure optimum utilization of machinery and manpower.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards as per ISO specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
