The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production flow, maintain product quality as per ISNR standards, and manage a team of labours to achieve production targets efficiently and safely. ITI Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Rubber Technology or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in ISNR or natural rubber processing (preferred) or any other production unit.
