Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Ensure smooth operation during shift 2. Handling shifts workers efficiently and working in rotational shifts 3. Lead and motivate the shift team to meet production targets 4. Uphold and improve product quality standards during the shift 5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment 6. Minimize downtime due to technical issues. 7. Achieve the production targets set for the shift. 8. Enhance the skills and knowledge of the shift team. 9. Conduct training session to the team 10. Working on optimisation of the production processes on time-to-time basis and make sure that 5S to be followed at shopfloor 11. Ensure proper maintenance and care of equipment during the shift 12. Reduce the number of safety incidents by taking preventive measures. 13. Ensure 100% accuracy in Dispatch Materials and maintain accurate documentation for each Dispatch. 14. Address any shortfalls in production to senior and coordinate with store. 15. Provide accurate and timely production reports to senior managers. 16. Generate and analyze production report on daily basis. 17. Giving training to the production teams on weekly basis and submitting the report on monthly basis. 18. Site Visits and Inspections for the rectification and find root cause of the problem which was arise from production 19. Involving in the production activities in person and incorporating the physical appearance in the process in order to rectify the concerns addressed by the reporting managers. 20. Monitoring and submitting day wise, weekly and monthly production report and taking stock count of WIP, FG, BIN and Scrap and submit it to reporting managers on time to time basis. 21. Adhering to the KRA & KPI and accepting the time to time basis upgrades and tasks as assigned by the reporting managers. Competencies: 1. Communication: Production supervisors need to be able to communicate clearly and confidently with people at all levels of the company. 2. Leadership: Production supervisors lead a diverse and technical team, so they need to be effective leaders. 3. Planning: Production supervisors need to develop and implement detailed schedules to keep track of manufacturing timelines. 4. Problem-solving : Production supervisors need to be able to identify and resolve issues quickly, and develop creative solutions. 5. Quality assurance: Production supervisors need to ensure that the end product is of the highest quality and to improve it based on feedback. 6. Technical skills: Production supervisors need to know about sampling, inspection, and process control methods. They also need to be able to maintain machines and equipment. 7. Interpersonal skills: Production supervisors need strong interpersonal skills to facilitate cooperation and resolve conflicts. Requirements: Education: Diploma or B.E in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering. Preferrable Experience: 2 to 4 years Software Skills: Auto Cad 2D and M.S Office. Machine Knowledge: Machine Knowledge: Double Mitre Profile Cutting machine, Drilling machine, Milling machine, Glass Cutting machine, Vacuum/Membrane Press machine, Panel Saw machine, Sanding machine, Edge polish and beveling machine, vinyl cutting machine and Digital Printing Machine respectively. Preferred Languages: English and Hindi. Desirable Languages: Kannada, Telugu and Tamil. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 30/06/2025
