• Supervise and manage threading and cold forging production lines. • Plan daily production activities as per production schedules and customer requirements. • Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and tooling to meet targets. • Monitor process parameters to ensure consistent product quality and dimensional accuracy. • Coordinate with Tool Room, Maintenance, Quality, and PPC teams for smooth operations. • Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing practices. • Identify and reduce process rejections, scrap, and downtime. • Ensure adherence to IATF 16949, ISO, and safety standards. • Maintain production records, shift reports, and downtime analysis. • Support new product development, trials, and process improvements.
