Position: Production Supervisor

Experience: 5+ years in FMCG (specifically in Rice Powders & Spices – mandatory)
Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma
Salary Range: ₹40,000 (commensurate with experience & expertise)
Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in food production, excellent operational skills, and a proactive mindset to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day production activities.
* Monitor quality control & ensure adherence to standards.
* Coordinate with procurement & inventory teams for raw materials.
* Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with food safety & hygiene protocols.
