Position Name: Production Supervisor Number of Vacancies: 2 Vacancies for Senior Mechanical Supervisor / 2 Vacancies for Middle Level Age Range: Minimum age 30 Sex: Male Location : Naidupeta Education / Other Minimum Requirements Preferably a Diploma holder in Mechanical engineering (not mandatory) (minimum) with 6-7 years of experience in operations of furnaces, blowers, bag filters etc. Prior experience in continuous process factory required. Job Profile 1) Reporting daily to designated plant manger 2) Maintaining and achieving productivity targets set and discipline on the shop floor 3) Routine work at shop floor level including repairs and maintenance 4) Recording of data at shop floor level 5) Quality control at shop floor. 6) Worker's management and control Other Remarks 1. For senior and middle level position, the candidate must have prior experience in working in factories where there are furnaces ; 2. candidates who only have experience in fabrication workshops (operating CNC machines etc. only) are not suitable for the job. 3. Ideally people who have worked in steel background / foundry. 4.
