Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee daily production planning, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting quality standards.
Manage manpower handling, including scheduling shifts and controlling labor costs.
Implement kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste on the shop floor.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., mold design, tool maintenance) to ensure smooth production processes.
Monitor rejection rates and take corrective action to minimize defects.
