Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Diploma Fresher to join our production department as a Production Supervisor. This role offers a great opportunity to start your career in the retail furniture manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Should make cutting list, raw material list, from auto-cad drawing,

Good knowledge of systems, Carpentry Work.

Should be able to develop process & able to customize as per business Need.

Hand on Experience on computer- Excel, Auto-cad, ppt ,ms projects.

Submit reports on performance and progress.

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Check production output according to specifications

Assist in overseeing daily production operations in the furniture manufacturing department.

Monitor and coordinate production activities to ensure timely completion of schedules.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing specifications.

Collaborate with the production team to resolve operational issues and minimize downtime.

Support inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished goods.

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including attendance, output, and equipment usage.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols and company policies.

Learn and apply production techniques, machinery operation, and workflow optimization.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Provide input for process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Desired Skills:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (fresher candidates are encouraged to apply).

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
