The Floor In-Charge is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and execution of all manufacturing operations on the assigned production floor. This role ensures that all production activities—manufacturing, primary and secondary packaging—are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Packaging Record.
