Production Supervisor- Electronic Manufacturing

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising production activities to ensure timely delivery and maintain quality output. Your responsibilities will include optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will be required to coordinate with the design, quality control, and procurement teams to streamline production operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining production schedules and workflow, implementing lean manufacturing and 5S practices, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. In case of any production issues, you will troubleshoot and recommend effective solutions. Your role will also involve training and leading the production staff to meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise production activities to ensure timely delivery and quality output - Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness - Coordinate with design, quality control, and procurement teams - Maintain production schedules and workflow - Implement lean manufacturing and 5S practices - Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations - Troubleshoot production issues and recommend solutions - Train and lead production staff to meet daily KPIs Qualifications Required: - Preference given to candidates with Wiring Harness / Electronics Manufacturing Experience Kindly note that this is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
