Production Supervisor- Electronic Manufacturing

You will be responsible for managing and supervising production activities to ensure timely delivery and maintain quality output. Your main focus will be on optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This will involve close coordination with the design, quality control, and procurement teams to streamline operations. It will be your duty to maintain production schedules and workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met consistently. Implementing lean manufacturing and 5S practices will be crucial to achieving operational excellence. Additionally, you will be required to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations at all times. As part of your role, you will troubleshoot any production issues that arise and recommend appropriate solutions to overcome them. Training and leading the production staff to meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will also fall under your purview. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Wiring Harness / electronics Manufacturing. This position is a full-time role with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and candidates with availability during the day shift are preferred. The work location is in person. ,
