Production Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a manufacturing facility, with hands-on experience in fabrication and assembly processes. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining high-quality standards in our assembly line operations.

Duties

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.
• Train and mentor team members on the proper use of power tools and hand tools.
• Monitor the assembly line process, ensuring that products are fabricated and assembled according to specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, including quality control and warehouse operations, to streamline processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance to management.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, and forklifts.
• Experience working in an assembly line setting is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
