This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will supervise shift team's progress against work plans as defined by Production management to ensure
the proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines within a production area. Cooperates with the unit supervisor
to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.

The work model for the role is: #Li - Onsite

This role is contributing to the Motion Traction Division in Bangalore.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently, responding to resource issues as necessary, leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.

• Provides regular feedback and makes recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities, and possible critical situations.

• Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary. Reinforces focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

• Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities and overseeing implementation ofactions to improve production performance.

• Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams

Qualifications for the role:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.

• With 3 to 5 years’ experience of Production shopfloor preferably in Traction products.

• To ensure that Production is made based on the requirement and specification.

• Experience in managing a team of operators or technicians, ensuring productivity and efficiency.

• Proven track record in improving production processes, reducing downtime, and optimizing workflow.
