Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising production teams, enforcing quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure output meets quality, quantity, and delivery goals. Lead, train, and motivate production staff, promoting a culture of accountability and safety. Monitor workflow, equipment, and processes to identify inefficiencies or potential problems. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift logs. Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain departments to ensure smooth operations. Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in scheduling workforce and managing attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions if needed. Address equipment malfunctions and escalate issues for maintenance promptly. Support new employee onboarding and ongoing training programs.
