Production Quality Controller (PQC)

• Qualifications :- Minimum 10+2/ Diploma / Degree in Garment Technology, Fashion Technology, or Textiles.
• Experience :- 2–5 years experience in garment production or quality control.Experience in woven garments .
• Technical Knowledge :- Deep understanding of AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards (e.g., AQL 1.5, 2.5, or 4.0).

Job description

In-Line & End-Line Quality Control :-

• Measurement & Fitting :- Perform routine measurement checks against the size specification chart.Ensure that garment shrinkage and tolerances are within the approved limits as per customer's requirement.Ensure production follows approved sample, tech pack, and measurement chart.
• Defect Analysis & Reporting :- Maintain quality inspection reports and daily QC records.Prepare defect analysis and corrective action reports.Communicate quality issues to production supervisors and Floor In Charge.
