Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Operator to join our dynamic team in the French Fries manufacturing line. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring product quality, and achieving daily production targets while following food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machines (peeling, cutting, blanching, frying, freezing, packing) as per process standards.
• Ensure smooth line operations to meet daily output targets with minimal downtime.
• Conduct routine quality checks for texture, color, size, and packaging of French fries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI/ISO/HACCP standards.
• Identify and report mechanical issues to the maintenance team promptly.
• Collaborate with the quality and maintenance teams to improve process efficiency.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and company safety protocols at all times.
• Accurately record production data and shift reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production role in the French Fries or similar food processing industry.
• Strong understanding of frying systems, IQF machines, and packing units.
• Knowledge of basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with food safety and quality protocols.

Educational Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate in any stream
• Additional training in food processing or machine operation is a plus

Preferred Candidate:

• From a French fries / potato processing background
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
