Production Operator

As a Production/Plant Operator, your role involves operating and monitoring dairy processing machines, ensuring product quality, following food safety standards, and performing basic troubleshooting to support the smooth daily production. You will also be responsible for the following key skills and competencies: - Strong knowledge of production operations in dairy processing - Understanding of food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, etc. - Proficiency in machine handling and operation - Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance - Good understanding of process parameters and quality standards - Discipline in maintaining hygiene and safety protocols - Willingness to work in shift operations Your responsibilities will include: - Operating and monitoring dairy processing machinery and equipment - Maintaining production line efficiency and ensuring smooth operations - Ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards - Conducting basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime - Maintaining proper documentation of production activities - Coordinating with maintenance and quality teams as required - Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the work area. Qualification Requirements: - ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass in Electrical / Mechanical / Dairy Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience working in a dairy manufacturing unit (mandatory) Please note that this is a shift-based role, including night and weekend shifts.
