Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Merchandiser role located in Greater Noida. The Merchandiser is responsible for managing the production process of goods, ensuring that the manufacturing of products aligns with customer specifications, timelines, and budget requirements. This role involves close coordination between suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams, overseeing production schedules, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

-Bachelors degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

-Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a production management role, ideally within the home industry.

-Strong understanding of the production process, including sourcing, manufacturing, and quality control.

-Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

-Strong communication and negotiation skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with production management software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).

-Must be located in commutable distance to Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
