We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production & R&D Manager to oversee production, maintenance, QC, and lab activities at our chemical manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop new chemical products both at lab scale and full production scale.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
Strong understanding of chemical formulations and industrial reactions.
Hands-on experience in scaling up lab products to plant-level production.
Ability to lead a team and coordinate across departments.
High analytical and problem-solving skills.
