Experience Required: 4 to 5 years (Solid wood furniture manufacturing)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the manufacturing of solid wood furniture, including chairs, dining tables, center tables, and related products. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in solid wood production and a strong command over modern woodworking machines and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations of solid wood furniture.
• Operate and oversee the use of Straight Line Ripsaws, CNC Machines, Panel Saws, Tenoners, and other woodworking equipment.
• Ensure quality control across all stages of production—cutting, assembly, finishing, and packing.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Coordinate with design, purchase, and quality teams for smooth execution.
• Identify, arrange, and onboard skilled manpower when required to meet production targets or specific project needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in solid wood furniture manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking processes and materials.
• Ability to lead shop floor operations and manage production teams.
• Practical expertise with modern woodworking machinery.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a furniture manufacturing unit.

Familiarity with optimizing workflows and improving production efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
