Job Title: Production Manager (Sheet Metal Works, AHU Manufacturing, HVAC Systems & Cleanroom) Job Summary: The Production Manager will oversee and manage all production activities related to sheet metal works, Air Handling Unit (AHU) manufacturing, HVAC systems, and cleanroom solutions. This role requires strategic leadership to ensure efficient production processes, high-quality output, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The candidate will act as the Production Head, driving operational excellence, optimizing resources, and meeting project deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight: Manage end-to-end production processes for sheet metal fabrication, AHU manufacturing, HVAC systems, and cleanroom assemblies, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing principles, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity while minimizing waste and costs. Quality Control: Ensure products meet industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASHRAE) and client specifications through rigorous quality checks and testing. Resource Management: Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and raw material procurement to support uninterrupted production. Project Management: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to align production schedules with project timelines and client requirements. Compliance & Safety: Enforce compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and industry-specific standards for cleanroom and HVAC manufacturing. Budgeting & Reporting: Develop and manage production budgets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to senior management. Innovation: Drive R&D initiatives to improve product designs, manufacturing techniques, and sustainability in production processes. Qualifications & Experience: Experience: Minimum 15+ years of hands-on experience in sheet metal works, with proven expertise in AHU manufacturing, HVAC systems, and cleanroom production. Leadership Role: Prior experience as a Production Head or similar senior role in a manufacturing environment focused on HVAC and cleanroom solutions. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques, AHU assembly, HVAC system integration, and cleanroom standards (e.g., ISO 14644). Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CAD/CAM software, and production planning tools. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and high-pressure environments. Additional Requirements: Proven track record in managing large-scale production facilities with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Experience in vendor management and supply chain coordination. Willingness to travel to project sites or client locations as needed. Work Environment: Full-time position based in a manufacturing facility. May involve exposure to industrial environments, requiring adherence to safety protocols. Occasional overtime or weekend work to meet production deadlines.
