Job Description: - Must have experience in the Injection Moulding Plant. Initiating, leading & proper planning of production settings, change overs and schedules. Trouble shooting & analysis of the injection moulding process defects. Knowledge of KAN - BAN. Knowledge of implementation & maintaining of 5 - 'S', ISO, IATF activities. Knowledge of generating shift wise daily production, rejection data & comparison analysis reports. Effective implementation and maintaining of predictive and preventive maintenance of machines.
