Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage daily assembly operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
Supervise and mentor production staff, set performance goals, and monitor progress.
Implement and maintain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve process bottlenecks.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for assembly.
Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure minimal downtime.
Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and safety compliance.
Prepare and maintain production reports and performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and ISO/IATF quality systems.
Optimize assembly flow for smooth integration of plastic moulded or die-cast parts

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in production or assembly management, preferably in the automotive, engineering, or consumer goods sector.
Hands-on experience in
assembly operations
is mandatory.
Exposure to
injection moulding
or
die casting
processes will be an advantage.
Proven ability to lead teams and achieve production goals.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/production planning tools.
