Production Incharge

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor and supervise production lines to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and equipment for production.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards.
• Train and guide production staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to streamline operations and resolve any production-related issues.
• Monitor and report on production performance, including productivity, yield, and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production team.
• Knowledge on 6S, Kaizen, CAPA.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS
