Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and priorities. Knowledge of standards like ASTM and ISO. Good knowledge of physical and mechanical properties of different materials used in armor manufacturing. Experience in design of experiments, product design, and customer applications support MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Data Analysis.
