Job Description

As a Production Assistant, your role involves starting and stopping equipment, lubricating it, and removing damaged equipment. You will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, as well as assisting in the setup and operation of production machinery. Your key responsibilities include: - Preparing materials and components for production processes - Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and efficiency - Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment - Following safety protocols and guidelines at all times - Collaborating with team members to meet production targets - Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards - Maintaining a clean and organized work area - Reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor - Assisting in packaging and labeling of finished products - Loading and unloading materials and products as needed - Keeping accurate records of production activities - Participating in training sessions and team meetings - Adhering to company policies and procedures - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives In addition, the company values your total work experience of 1 year and requires you to work in person at the specified work location.,
