Job Description

As a team member in this role, you will be responsible for operating equipment by starting up and stopping as needed. You will play a vital role in assisting with production line operations and ensuring smooth workflow. Keeping the production area clean and organized will be a key part of your daily tasks. Your duties will also include loading and unloading items from machines and carts, measuring and pouring ingredients accurately, and ensuring that all products meet the required specifications. You will be expected to regulate the flow by turning valves, mix ingredients according to the instructions, and mark parts for identification purposes. Additionally, you will need to remove waste material from machines, read and record gauge readings for quality control purposes, and participate in shipping finished products. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols at all times. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits include Provident Fund, with a yearly bonus provided. The work schedule involves day shifts and morning shifts at the specified in-person work location.
