1. Sampling of Raw material, Intermediates and Finished Products 2. Calibration of instrument and maintaining record 3. Preparation and Standardization of volumetric solutions 4. 1) Manage welding, Plumber and Fitter work and ensure compliance to all Specifications to perform defect work. 2) Ensure clean weld joint to obtain smooth look. 3) Monitor all welding processes and ensure absence of any shrinkage and distortion to materials. 4) Manage work with the help of manual welding machines for various processes. 5) Analyze defective equipment and identify appropriate defective equipment and inform supervisors. 6) Follows safety protocol, including wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks and safety shoes. 7) Fabricates and repairs metal and other weld able material by applying appropriate welding techniques. 8) Install and service motors, pumps, compressors, and heat exchangers; repair and replace bearings, seals, and belts; inspect, adjust, and test HVAC systems. 9) Use power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and other equipment. 10) Work according to instructions of supervisor.
